Zero Azimuth Crossing Between BOA and EOT at DSS27 Detected in the following work order:

           Work Order: 629053, completed on PSA2
               S/C ID:  151, DSS: 27, Pass: 2405

    Predict File Name: /tftpboot/redhat/home/remote/2/work/aps/SPSOPS/629053/151_2007102_2007104.xml

This PX6 predict will trigger an anomaly in the AMC software

    Corrective Action: Regenerate APS using special Station Parameters file 
                       where DSS27 is listed as a non Az/El station. This will result
                       in a PX6 with all cable wrap bits are set to zero
