Zero Azimuth Crossing Between BOA and EOT at DSS27 Detected in the following work order:

           Work Order: 728108, completed on PSA4
               S/C ID:  151, DSS: 27, Pass: 2450

    Predict File Name: /tftpboot/redhat/home/remote/4/work/aps/SPSOPS/728108/151_2007157_2007159.xml

This PX6 predict will trigger an anomaly in the AMC software

    Corrective Action: Regenerate APS using special Station Parameters file 
                       where DSS27 is listed as a non Az/El station. This will result
                       in a PX6 with all cable wrap bits are set to zero
