Zero Azimuth Crossing Between BOA and EOT at DSS27 Detected in the following work order:

           Work Order: 841048, completed on PSA6
               S/C ID:  198, DSS: 27, Pass: 1577

    Predict File Name: /tftpboot/redhat/home/remote/6/work/aps/SPSOPS/841048/198_2007218_2007220.xml

This PX6 predict will trigger an anomaly in the AMC software

    Corrective Action: Regenerate APS using special Station Parameters file 
                       where DSS27 is listed as a non Az/El station. This will result
                       in a PX6 with all cable wrap bits are set to zero
