Zero Azimuth Crossing Between BOA and EOT at DSS27 Detected in the following work order:

           Work Order: 677739, completed on PSA8
               S/C ID:  13, DSS: 27, Pass: 6076

    Predict File Name: /tftpboot/redhat/home/remote/8/work/aps/SPSOPS/677739/13_2007128_2007130.xml

This PX6 predict will trigger an anomaly in the AMC software

    Corrective Action: Regenerate APS using special Station Parameters file 
                       where DSS27 is listed as a non Az/El station. This will result
                       in a PX6 with all cable wrap bits are set to zero
